Well, it's just that the first time i heard the term Grey Goo Scenario, was some random conspiracy radio program I stumbled across at 1am. (why can't i ever get a job with NORMAL hours??) I was already familiar with the concept- that if we ever perfected a self replicating/adaptable nanomachine, there'd be nothing to stop it from going on to consume everything, until there would be nothing left of the planet. Just Nanomachines.
Learning that someone had come up with an official term, that sounded so casual, for such a nightmarish event, kinda surpised me.
.....Also it was the name of an indi-game, where you're a nanotech blob that eats everything. ^^;

i know it from a more. . . . lewd standpoint. . . . as an enemy in a game. Buuut they story behind said enemy was. . . an interesting one
