2022 Fursuit WIP #2 - Ear Vents + Lining
Ear vents and front lining have been installed! I generally leave the back open so that way heat can escape through the back neck of the actual fur (once I sew it on).
I should've linked this before, oops, but the headbase is being built off of MissrarsCreatures' K-Fusion Kemono Head pattern, with major adjustments to both the snout size and the ears. I really like how the foundation is EVA foam instead of the usual green foam that tends to overheat a bunch; it IS a lot harder to get everything assembled (took me almost a week before I even put on any foam, most of that time was waiting for epoxy to cure) but the extra ventilation and self-cooling properties make it all worth it, I think!
The fur I need for their neck + belly is still out of stock, so up next is gonna be their hands and sockpaws! I expect to be done with those no later than early March.
