Percy seems to be kicking things up a notch and testing his limits, lets see how he handles.
When I mentioned that one of Percy’s strongpoints is his speed in his bio, you know for a fact that I meant it. As one of the fastest (but certainly not strongest) character in my library, it’s not exactly a good idea to give him a reason to use his speed, though it’s rare that he’ll reach these levels without some major encouragement.
