Meet Obelia, Queen of all Cephalopods and good friend of Merhound Queen Jenny. This Octomutt rules the southern part of the ocean while she doesn't have power over the ocean like Jenny, Obelia still shows respect of the merhound's way of ruling the ocean. She has known Jenny since they were little and have had mutual respect for each other. The Madame has great magic to use at her own will. She can get carried away on what she thinks is trying to help her friend when sometimes don't really help. No matter what though at the end of the day Obelia will always be there for Queen Jenny when they matter.
