Do plants feel happiness?
What about joy? Exuberance? Adoration for simply being alive?
They seem to. Reaching up for the sky in a sort of praise for their existence, arms spreading wide until the mighty shade all underneath them with their glee.
Yet, how can we know for sure? Plenty seem to crawl along the ground or whisper in the dark corners of the world. By this basis, one would imagine that some plants are simply content to be alive.
And then, you meet a Leafeon. Though some would call them more animal than plant, they still smile all the same as they enjoy their time in the sun. Leaves curling and faces alight with love.
When presented with this evidence I had no choice but to believe. Yeah... I do think plants can feel happiness.
I know I do when I see them.
