This takes place after the events of Sally.EXE, where Amy Rose, Cream the Rabbit, and Sally Acorn were killed by Sonic.EXE and turned into EXEs themselves, like Miles Tails Prower, Knuckles the Echidna, and Dr EggMan. After the 3 girls became a part of Sonic.EXE’s group, they found themselves exposed to a strange, but rather peculiar malware virus when Cream.EXE unknowingly interacted with a strange object containing the malware, and it spread to the other 2 girls. Nothing seemed to happen to the 3 female EXEs at first, but overtime, their bellies started growing. They didn’t pay much attention to it at first, until their bellies started to expand more frequently, and they also started to develop cravings for different Mobian foods. Eventually, Sonic.EXE took notice and shockingly realized what was happening to them. He explained to the 3 that they were infected by a bizarre programming known as “Mother.prg”. It had the ability to make every female it comes in contact with pregnant, and there seemed to be no cure for it. Their bellies will just continue to grow bigger and bigger forever, no matter how many times they’ll give birth. Even tho they 3 girls were shocked when he told them this, they decided to accept that their pregnancies are part of their life now, but they’ll need help with their expectancies and assistance raising al their children-to-be, and Sonic.EXE himself, along with Tails.EXE, Knuckles.EXE, EggMan.EXE, Majin, Sunky, Faker, and Lord X help out. The first time they went into labor, they each gave birth to 10 babies each, and each time, they’ll give birth to even more children. They soon got used to their eternal pregnancies, and they even referred to themselves as the EXE BroodQueens. As their bellies grew and grew each day, they enjoyed all the attention they could get, being given constant belly rubs, being fed whatever food they wanted, and given cosntant ultrasounds. Sonic.EXE made sure the EXE world was infinitely large so that the girls’ bellies wouldn’t grow too big. Their pregnant bellies soon gotten so big that they constantly gurgled and groaned, and whenever their babies kicked, either their arms, legs, or head would be seen pushing against the inside of the three’s bellies, as if they were excited for their birth. Tails.EXE was so fascinated by the new role of his 3 girl friends that he wished that one day, he could be endlessly pregnant like them, so he could know how it feels.
