Hardest I've seen was for Halo: Reach. Beat the game on Legendary difficulty... BY YOUR SELF!

Chromehounds was once declare the hardest game to ever get all acheivements on, but not anymore now that it's immpossible to ever get any of the online ones :c

Btw, on Reach, best learn how to pair weapons w/ each other to get by better :P

Some of Final Fantasy XI's achievements literally take hundreds of hours of game time to complete. Some aren't specifically hard, but they require so much hard-graft that they'll melt your brain.

I don't know, Sonic's Sega Collection, the Dr. Robotnik Mean Bean game, it's crazy poopy bad hard.

Lost planet 2 achievements/trophies are....urg!
The 300 first G points are easy, the others are....you need to play 2 or 3 months at this game...and buy Lost planet 1 and Colony, devil may cry 4, resident evil 5 (biohazard 5) and dead rising to have a succes.

I hate the ones that require you to play online. Especially since usuallly quitters make them even harder to get, or people ARE quitters to prevent losing their shot at one (Win X consecutive online matches, that sorta thing).

One of the hardest I've seen is this one from WipEout HD:

Airbraker (Silver) - Reach Zone 50 (Subsonic) in Zone Mode on any track using only airbrakes and sideshift. Motion sensor controls must be turned off.

I can't get that far with steering! I always die on Super Phantom!

belive it or not Wipeout HD is one of the games i have 100% Trophy completed, yeah the Airbraker was a pain in the ass, took me 40 trial and errors to get that, BUT the Bling Brigade trophy was just out of the question! took me over 3 months!

To make Bling Brigade easier, you could always arrange an online multiplayer match on WipeoutZone forums...

Yeah i did that, you just have to do barrel rolls in each single jumps you do in Anulpha Pass, its not that hard but the tricky part is to make a barrel roll near the final Jump just before you take the shortcut, its realy annoying because you don't have much speed to maintain airborne.

All that must be done, plus it's gotta be during a full moon or it's all null and void. Yer expression in this one is perfect. I bet yer also like this when I spam yer page with videos.

Oops. that's why I on't like those trophies. They can be just about impossible to get. And need more. And more. And MORE. Damn impossible trophies and outside pieces needed.

ahh the wonderful achievements/trophies system. You know I just find it interesting people care about the achievements more than the game sometimes. Shouldn't it be the other way around? I played the 360 myself and had a few achievements. At first I cared and tried to get them, but it made it more of a chore than fun. I gave up on winning achievements and just played. If I got one..great! if not oh well there is always next time if I wanted it so bad.

360s do similar things for their achievements.

Hahahahaha, oh god how amazingly true is this! XD They have gotten waaaaaaay too out of control for gaining trophies! It's no longer about performance or finding special secrets, it's about doing some ridiculous, out of your way, tasks for something that does nothing for you!

Your expression is beyond priceless big buddy! That is easily the best FFFFFF face I have ever seen! Love how your lips look as if you just ate the most sour thing known in the world, but also how even your ears are raised behind your head ;D Also, your style in this seems rather different from your normal work. Honestly, i think achievements and trophies should be given for accomplishing things like finishing the level, reaching a certain level, beating the game, doing tasks, not about playing a game at a certain level or playing so much online multiplayer you want to scream. Guess what game makers, I don't play games online. I just have no interest in it, so stop making the focus of your games to play them online.

i may not own a ps3, but i do own an xbox, and have played some ps3!
