I kinda figured that since he looks like he has like a bit of show off personality or a bit of teaser or troublemaker or something like that to him there.

That Panda guy should be lucky getting offered to feel his muscles.
You don't get alot of big buff muscular guys like him around wanting to offer to feel there huge muscles.
