brighton took this photo with his fancy phone, I'm just posting it because I guess everyone has at least one picture of their pet in their gallery.This is Cedar, and she has the most awesome of awesome faces ever. She's a "lab with all the options" as far as breeds go. I know a lot of people will say "OMG rottweiler" but her coat has a thick undercoat, she has a long semi-curved tail, and the tan coloration on her body is very greyed out compared to most other rottweilers. If I could hazard a guess, she'd be lab/shepherd/rottie/?? Probably likely that one parent was (mostly) pure lab, and the other was "fence jumper special." She's from Homeward Pets in Woodinville, WA, so she's my special rescue mutt dog friend.
And she'll be 4 years old on October 6, so we'll have to get her a new chew bone and some kind of squeaky toy to destroy.
She's a great dog and we love having her be a part of our home!
Cedar stole Klickitat's markings, for the record. ;<_< ...I'm certainly more creative than to borrow markings from my dog! >_>;

Father was most likely a lab..
Labradors for some reason seem to be the best fence jumpers I've ever seen when it comes to a chance to get to a female in heat...
Seemed like it was always a lab involved when someone I knew had a mystery litter of puppies in northern California.
