This reminded me of a comic.. whose name I can no longer remember..
A gun man steps in, weapon at the ready, "Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen, I, and my brother, are here to rob you. You now have one of two choices. You can make an attempt at being a hero, this will result in your brains becoming a very interesting mural upon the wall behind you, or you can lay down, cover your head and thank god you have a survival instinct!"

because since Amazon is the one controlling the purse strings there are some things they will NOT allow to be used. Then go back and read KickStarts Terms of Service because they're spelled out there in black and white.
