This was a cool idea  washamanoose had! Bowser + Dactyl!

With a number of edits from me (for things I like!)
I love the idea of extending bowsers firey mane into flames (to meet the dactyl crest shape)
And I prefer the underpaws to be lightly colored, and puffy belly scales of course.
You can't wear spikey bracelets if your wings are on your arms, so had to make some holes with work well anyways.
Wings can't be boring and normal so making them flame designs, but probably still wing-hug capable is important.
Also adjusting bowsers attitude to BURN THE WORLD and changing tongue to long and flappy like a dactyl was important

But yeah there ya go! ACTUAL fanart with nothing weird going on.

Also Bowser the character is still © Nintendo so. Thats a thing. Though it would be amazing to see Mario 3D Dinosaur World and we get some more giga-transformations and revisits to super mario world dinosaur island... just sayin! 3D co-op dinosaur world puzzles and games via Mario 3D world mechanics, its a good fit.
