how did ya blend it? the colors

For the sky and the snow, I used washes that were blended with purples, blacks, and whites. (Washes are watered-down acrylic paint mixtures). As for the fur on the wolf, I used a soft flat-head brush and dry-brushed different greys and golds (with some purple in there) until I got the results that I wanted. The trees were the easy part, since all you do is take a soft brush of any kind and 'stab' the canvas lightly. :3
