So this uh... weirdo is essentially an "NPC" of the Seth's Games world. He's a mysterious dude that looks like (wow I literally stopped writing this in the middle of typing of this sentence because I was going to be late for work) a teddy bear went through a blender and he patched himself up with the misc pieces lol! I'm probably going to make him a mysterious merchant of some sorts :^D
