My newest character! A Pokemon fusion of three of my favorites: Mew, Jirachi, and Chimecho!

It has a third eye on its head. It opens only to store power from the stars... or release it. It is playful and kind, but is also shy. It has only ever been seen at night."

Right now its name is Hoshiko (star), but I'm considering Astral or Konpeito and also looking for suggestions!
