During the investigation of the failings of Project Prometheus, several startling and slightly horrific things came to light about the attacks. Puckett industry didn't investigate all of the attacks, only investigating about one-fourth of them. But whilst they were looking through the reports, something popped up, nine of the attacks was different from the others, so different that Puckett industry started a second, secret investigation into it, uncovering evidence of a secret that someone went to great lengths to keep hidden.

Unlike the other attacks, it wasn't just B1's that were killed, as a large number of people working for the company's, including members of their respective board of directors, were also killed. The autopsies of the bodies found that everyone was beaten to death, not shot like in the other attacks, with a few reportedly having their necks snapped. Several of the bodies were also missing a lot of blood, but there were no puncture wounds or puddles to account for the missing blood. Stranger still, the reports said that the people who attacked them must have been super strong, with Cardrian level strength, but there were no signs that there were Cardrian's there.

The investigation into these attacks was heavily hampered by the lack of information about them. All the CCTV cameras had been destroyed and any footage they captured were deleted, all records held by the companies erased or burned, and a lot of key figures had been killed. Everything had been destroyed. These companies had been completely ruined, with nothing left to bring them back. Whatever was left was sold off, leaving very little for them to work with. But out of all the rubble, one clue was found on a burnt piece of paper, Chupacabra.

It is unknown what Chupacabra meant but most people believe that it's a secret project that the nine companies that were attacked were secretly backing, but stopped after they decided to back project Prometheus. Without the funding from those nine companies, the project collapsed, and as a final fuck you to those who abandoned them, decided to take down the people who helped fund them, taking them out with them. Sadly the investigation came to end with the bankruptcy of Puckett industry, and all resources put into the investigation were transferred elsewhere, the general consensus of those who worked on the investigation was that whatever project Chupacabra was, it was dead, taking all evidence of its existence as well as those who once backed it, with it. unaware that the project was still very much alive, with a new set of backers.
