I usually go for a Pizza Supreme:
Hot on the heels of pepperoni is Supreme, the favorite pizza i grew up with. The one rule i have about supreme? It’s gotta have at least TWO meats. Otherwise, it’s just another pizza…. Hehe! 😉

Ingredients: Pizza sauce, mozzarella, bacon, onion, beef mince, capsicum, pepperoni, mushroom, olives.

Or a classic one: Pepperoni Pizza. Lots of cheese, the more the better and fresh Pepperoni.

Of course i can make other tastes if requested. ^,~

Ironically, I almost never cook pizzas in this game. I befriended Shane early on (it's so easy, just by him a couple of beers every week), so he keeps sending me pizzas and pepper poppers that he's nicked from Jojamart.
