This is the snowy counterpart of a Oati. They're simply called "Albinos" and usually live in very cold parts, like cold tundras, snowy mountains and poles. They have thick fur, with most of it being white except the part of the belly, which is light-blue and since they only leave in cold places it means that they can die of a heat stroke very easily unless properly hydrated.

A good part of them have a tribal lifestyle, living as fragmentated tribes and with little to no technology; it doesn't mean that all of them are like that though, because many live a rural life in small villages in snowy places.
