Starweavers are Lizans that can manipulate the starlight around them, forming it to their will, and creating spells such as a burst of flame or a raging wind. the ability to condense and crystallise this starlight into something more tangible is also a possibility. This takes a lot of effort, and usually requires a form of spell to create reliably.

Zephrix is easily capable of using these spells, however, one fo which si the dragon's tail. A large great sword that doubles as a giant wind prism. He Thought orions sword was cool, and wanting one of his own, crafted the spell to make one. he's not as well trained as orion, but when you're as strong as he is and using such immense starlight, it closes the gap some.
