Well you didn't think you could just play ANY card did you? Cards not only have initiative costs but also require a certain skill level. Yea...skill of 2 is going to let you attack with Phlogiston.

This has several new things one has not seen before. IF you look at the cards so far. You see the spirit dragons logo next to the card type. That means any dragon may use it. Now this card has the fire glyph. Only Fire aligned Dragons may use it. High cost, lots ot training, but your other skills drop.
