Theo has been Tina's boyfriend for a couple of years and was inspired to take up street racing from Tina's sister, Claudia. Claudia however thinks Theo's style of driving is too flamboyant and he likes to show off more than actually race.

When Theo met Steven, he saw Steven was a bit of a loner and decided to introduce him to his DJ set and, along with Ellie and Claudia, help introduce Steven to street racing in a more positive light. Steven however leans more towards Ellie and Claudia regarding racing advice. Nevertheless, Theo see's Steven as like an older brother.

Theo is a bit of a coward though and doesn't like to get involved in fights and can be spooked by lightening and spiders. However, if Tina is in distress, he tries to stand up for her.
