You have no need for shadow. I've always classified your stuff as a sort of pop art/simplistic style, I feel shadowing would over complicate things. What I'm getting at is your style is fantastic the way it is.
Learning how to shadow is a great idea, but I personally wouldn't like to see it in all your art. Keep it poppy and dramatic.
