Well the big problem at our place is we're uber understaffed, and the thing is no one wants to work there, we keep loosing newbies due to the high stress (I'm a caterer). Its a difficult job, and lately the staff has been at each-others throats. I've not been afraid to show my gatorside when people fuck up all the organizing i do. I've been known to growl pretty low.
