I had a dream a few days ago which I saw a woman wearing a similar turquoise crop-top and I thought "That would look good on Tina". So I proceeded to draw a pic of Tina in a bit of a cute pose, also, to justify that out of my female OC's, she would be known as the cute one.
As for the background, nothing fancy, just wanted to experiment with the water colour brush in paint tool sai and try out a random seascape at dawn. Also, Tina is on an elevated stone pathway with the tide having come in.
Overall, random pic which is out of season (As it is Winter at the time I upload this) but I wanted to draw more of Tina.
