More from Morphi Dragunny
I've posted all the art of Dimitri in a "this is how he came to be" type series before, but saw this meme going around and wanted to do it with Dimitri anyway lol
Dimitri started out in 2013 as a roleplay character and even then he and I shared the same backstory up to age 20. (which is honestly a little freaky considering I created him when I was in highschool but the similarities between us kept going past that point. Similarities I had no control over too) That initial RP with him was between him an his therapist and it actually served as a pretty good stand-in for therapy for me at the time, oddly enough.
Then in 2016 I discovered a roleplay website where all the characters were kemonomimi characters and I gave him bunny features c:
But also in 2016 I got more active with the furry community and decided to design him a furry version which is much more vibrant in color than he'd ever been before that point lol
I still dress him in tans and browns most of the time, but he gets some special outfits here and there too uwu

But ye! Development of Dimitri over the years c:
He's been my "representative of me" character since his conception and in terms of his backstory he's more like me than Morphi is. But he's also more confident and outgoing than me and Morphi (which is kinda typical for fursonas, eh? haha)
