An interesting dish from lily-fay !

Ingredients:
Firm Tofu
Butter
Soy Sauce
Vermicelli rice noodles
vegetable oil
Ginger
1 Clove Garlic
Kale
Lime juice
1 Tbs Peanut butter
1/4 C Teriyaki Sauce
1/2 Tbs sugar
- Cut off portion of tofu you want to use. Cut tofu into 1"x .5' pieces.
-In stove top pan heat butter and soy sauce. Toss tofu pieces into the pan and lightly toss to over in soy sauce mixture.
-Set Vermicelli rice noodles in a bowl. Pour a splash of soy sauce and oil on the noodles. Fill bowl with boiling water and cover with a plate.
-Chop up desired amount of ginger, one clove of garlic and kale.
-Add ginger, garlic, kale and lime juice into the pan with tofu.
-Add in teriyaki sauce, peanut butter and sugar and let it cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally
-Make sure it is seasoned well with salt and pepper
-Once noodles are soft (5 min) add them to the pan and mix well. I like to cook everything in the pan a few minutes after to "dry it out"
I know some don't like tofu. This recipe actually made me fall in love with tofu. They take teriyaki sauce really well lol. (Basically i love teriyaki sauce)
