(Personal) Oil pastel practice
So I've felt kind of down lately. Too much stress... and also the fact of noticing that it has been a long time since I've drawn something "for myself" in the sense of just taking traditional tools, which to this day are still my favourites, and just play with them without thinking so much about the outcome. I don't know if I'm happy with the result or not, but I do know that I'm happy I devoted an hour or so to traditional media. I think I should try to do some traditional practices more often.
For those who are curious, these are Manley oil pastels, which I don't recommend at all as these crumble like crazy, on a mixed media paper that is fantastic for any use except precisely this one given the texture, but it was the only big enough to work confortably on oil pastels that I have at the moment x3

Mm ... thanks for that honey. There are times that I feel like such a fraud in the fact that I slip and fall, especially with my diet these days, but my friends and my doctor all have said, "That's what it means to be human." Slowly, I feel that's the point. We all have choices too make with our lives. The best thing I can say is, "BE the best you you can BE!" Your values are yours and yours alone. People will share some of this values and some will not. If they tell you that you are wrong, think about that and choose accordingly. But I have found in that the best thing to do is let them be who they are and you continue being you.
