Happy New Year!

I started working on this feature before the holidays, but had to put it on hold until after the new year. This update is mostly just to show that there is now a rudimentary version of your notifications screen! All of your notifications will now be sorted chronologically. This works decently well for a relatively small number of notifications, but I haven't had to test it out when you might have hundreds of comments coming in. Anyways, there's a lot more I'd like to do with it to better visually organize it. It would be nice if the notifications were grouped by day so you could easily see what's new and what isn't. But that's for another time.

This update includes :
- A first pass, working version of your notifications, all chronologically sorted
- More fields in the database to support all the different kinds of notifications you might run into
- Updated unit and integration tests for improved stability
- Updates to code structure to simplify data structuring and limit duplication

What's next :
- Avatar pictures of the people that triggered to notification
- Hot links to the original piece and the person from the notification.
- Grouping together notifications by date to improve visual clarity
- Red dots next to new or unseen notifications
- A visual bubble on the bottom navigation bar indicating how many new notifications you have
- A system process that periodically polls for new notifications (configurable on the Settings page to limit data usage)
