Another evening, another late night. Sylvia left her pendulum at home, hoping to avoid the irresponsible use of it. Maybe it would be healthier to just stay away from it for the time being. All things in moderation, they say.
But even considering what had happened yesterday, the temptation still lingered. She had experimented with those particular exercises in the comfort of her own bed. But for obvious reasons, they were not suitable for work.
But that wasn’t her intention! Was she not in complete control? There was a voice. It was so familiar. It was so compelling. Did she really allow herself to fall under someone else’s power? A tiny part of her longed to hear that voice again. It was so easy to follow, so easy to let someone else do the thinking for her.
“Say now, lost in thought, are we, Sylvie?”
“Yes, I-“ She had mindlessly begun to answer the question the sibilant voice had asked. Realizing the snake had slithered over to her, she jumped back and turned her gaze downwards, grunting in frustration.
“It was you, wasn’t it?” the canine asked aloud. “It’s been you all this time.”
He chuckled warmly. “Whatever do you mean, my sweet Dogcub?”
She pouted a little. She honestly wasn’t sure how to respond. Was she supposed to accuse him of making her discover her fetish? Truth be told, she almost wanted to thank him.
“You’ve been manipulating me…”
“Perhaps. But then again, you like it, don’t you?”
