“Um…ah…” Sylvia could only make soft, whispery moans as she picked herself up from her chair.
“Follow me, sweet dogcub. Let’s take a little stroll…” She nodded lazily, her whirling eyes locked onto Kaa’s gaze. She stooped forward, trying her best to be as close as possible to his face and those pretty colors, almost stumbling forward, causing the serpent to lend a helpful tail to keep her up by holding her chin. Her heeled feet carried her silently across the library carpet, Kaa guiding her to the far corner hidden behind rows of bookshelves.
“Let’s find you a nice, cozy place to sleep, pretty girl. A dim, quiet area where we can be alone.”
“O…okay…” she mumbles, a sudden drowsiness overtaking her.
