The Eighth Doctor, the incarnation played by Paul McGann who was only seen on TV once... the 1996 Doctor Who made-for-TV movie that was supposed to reboot the series, but it never got off the ground. It still isn't known how Eight regenerated into Christopher Eccleston's Ninth Doctor, but it may have something to do with the Time War.
