Tallula is super low-key, calm and enjoys a nocturnal lifestyle in this quirky city, and is usually only seen outside when she's running a small café that's only open at the peak hours past midnight. Her favorite way to wind down at home is by making plenty of space on her big, cushy couch, and lighting whatever incense she has lying around; each with varying effects that really make her feel like she's about to float away into bliss... in more ways than one.
