"Hmmmph! Why isn't anyone helping me?!" Bloom shouted. The plucky Buneary was struggling uselessly in her attempts to roll Bubble, her bloated whale of a sister, forward. In spite of her best efforts, the other two Buneary simply stood around, gawking and prodding at Bubble in glee.
"Big sister sure did eat a lot," commented one of them, Bram, as he jabbed his paw into his sister's belly.
"All that food made her look different," added the other, Brie. "Her ears are bald!"
Bubble, the Lopunny at the center of the group, could barely get out more than a heavy groan in response. In spite of being mega evolved, her mighty legs would be carrying her nowhere that day; she was stuffed to the brim, reduced to a jiggling ball of fur and food that made her accompanying siblings look tiny. Her overburdened stomach made sounds closer in scope to a thunderstorm than an aching tummy, not helped by Bram's insistence on seeing how far he could stick his arm into her pillow-like girth.
"I'm serious, you guys!" Bloom huffed, stepping away from Bubble's rear. "Mom and dad are gonna be really mad if we don't get her home by sundown, and I can't push her there all by myself!"
"But big sister's so huge!" Brie responded. "She's gotta weigh like, a billion pounds! Even auntie Lucia couldn't get her to budge!"
All three Buneary had their eyes drawn to Bubble as she let out a sudden belch, shaking the surrounding forest. With her head planted like a flag at the top of her rotund body, the Lopunny couldn't even see her siblings directly, with their voices and paws being the only sign that they were standing around her.
"Ourf… Can you keep it quiet, please?" she grumbled. "All those berries… My head is spinning."
"Big sis, if we put you on your back, can we bounce on your stomach again?" Bram asked innocently.
Bubble's response consisted of an imprecise "Urrghgrh…" followed by another belch.
Taking the groan as affirmation, Bram hopped up in excitement. "Thanks, sis!" he replied, before planting both paws on the Lopunny's belly and attempting to roll her back.
"No! The other way! Home is the other way!" Bloom cried as she started pushing Bubble counter to Bram. Both were locked in an ineffective shoving match, unable to so much as move their sister a single inch, while Brie continued to stand there and ponder the entire situation to herself.
"I wonder what made big sis so hungry…"
Still trying new stuff with shading. Also, despite how many times I've drawn bloated Lops, I haven't drawn any bloated mega Lops. And clearly, that needed to be fixed. (I can't get enough of this round bunny)
