A peculiar looking mech, Menticide has always enjoyed working on the more mental aspect of the law, seeking to understand criminals on a better level than anyone else. His accuracy with his profiles let to the arrest of many criminals and his erudite testimony in courtrooms help established the motives for many crimes. When the war hit, he found his skills weren't helpful in any normal way, so he sought out Prowl to help out in a different. He became a fixture in the black ops side of the Autobots, specializing in interrogations, sabotage, and chasing down important leads, while making sure none of his operations could be linked back to his side. As far as anybody is concerned, he doesn't exist.
