I hesitated, then crept forward. I avoided the glass on the floor from the broken overheads, but not all. Some pieces crunched and popped under my shoes, causing the hairs on the back of my neck to stand on end. Zealous birds tapped on the window which beamed with a light from the blinding false light of the hotels hologram.

"Was this the room I rented for thirteen Segments? I knew it was too good to be true."

As I scanned the room, I coughed. The repugnant stench of what seemed to be spoiled cauliflower and rubbing alcohol robbed me of any enjoyment I could've possibly manifested. On the fringe of my vision, I noticed two Stellers squabbling over some unidentifiable object. By now, nothing seemed to surprise me.

After gathering an impressive amount of courage, I slowly sat onto the cleanest part the bed. The series of shrieks and groans were expected. It somehow held firm, but not without giving one final protest in the form of a dust plume.
As I glanced over the room one more time, I noticed a Holoposter of the Primordial Valentine. Ironic considering the big cheese just visited here. I wonder if he saw the lower levels...

Another point I'd like to make to the staff... are you aware your rabbits watch you when you sleep? I was told they monitor your vitals for safety purposes.... but I highly doubt it.....
Also... I never figured out how to shut off your ancient stove... and I'm relatively certain that whatever was cooking is still alive....

The Hotel Lucience complex is absurdly large with a arsenal of grotesque lore behind it! Now this is also Cendrillions version of Alice in Wonderland.
When a guest/tenant checks in, their hologram which is a white rabbit that will lead them to their room/home regardless of their location within the hotel.
Hotel Lucience is one of the largest structures in all of Cendrillion. The building itself encompasses approximately 5 square miles of land and towers upwards both downwards. What other horrors and secrets will be discovered?

Remember that Cendrillion is a retrofuturistic world. Think cyberpunk meets the 1950s!
