And here is the final product. Nephele, possibly my main character? Fursona? Something?
To be honest, Nephele started as someone (CoolPonys on DeviantArt) asked me if I could choose what I would transform/grow into, what it would be. And I realized, none of my characters quite fit all of my interests.
Could I design a character that would fit all of my interests? Yup.

Personality: Nephele is gentle, playful and reserved, though fairly friendly. She dislikes violence and confrontation, but can get carried away on her own whims and ideas with hyperfixations. She isn't the best communicator, and a little naiive.

Powers: Nepheles main power is sizeshifting. As she grows, she turns less solid, and eventually gaseous, meaning macro Nephele essentially passes through objects, or acts as a huge soft mass, and is a weird case in that she is proportionately much stronger when she's smaller. She grows by absorbing electricity or water vapour, and has poor control of it, not that she bothers trying.
Nephele can shrink by releasing her mass as weather effects- raining, snowing or blowing clouds out until she shrinks down. She can produce electricity, but has negative accuracy, and so cannot hit anything she aims at.
Nephele boasts some incredibly inconsistent wish magic that sometimes causes her changes, and occasionally manifests as sterile magical eggs.

Physically, Nephele is strongest at her base physical height, and has poor endurance. She is very tough however, and as a cloud can heal easily. Her dexterity is medium, and she uses a long tongue for detail work when enlarged.
