Long ago there was a restaurant called Fontaine's in West Roxbury, MA. It was famous for fried chicken. When I rode in the car down Route 1, we would pass by there, seeing Topsy, the neon chicken sign. When it was on, Topsy flapped her wing. Sad to say, it closed in 2004, but a few years ago, the sign was on the Greenway as part of an exhibit of old neon signs that used to be in and around Boston.
