LOL yeah i can be just as bad, but eventually i just found it easier to take the stuff off...even pickles on my burgers. It got tiring having to say literally everything you just said. Worse for me was an italian restaurant when i was little, they gave me a look when i asked for my pasta plain with butter instead of the heavy cream sauces they used. Then they gave me a look when they said all they have is cooking butter.
As for my sammich i like what my old deli used to do and put honey mustard and barbeque sauce on my meat.

My aunt orders fish, chicken plain, no seasoning or anything in restaurants. Then adds ketchup. I usually have to finish half of it for her and need it too.
But my Ramen noodles are too weak by themselves, I use that chinese chili sauce that singes your nostril hairs in it, making it very much like the "fire soup" version I've had.

Can't argue that. I eat a lot of plain yellow mustard, which doesn't compare at all - but as soon as you get brown or spicier mustard near me, I choke. I can't explain why I cope with almost naked chili sauce in/on things but can't cope with the Chinese mustards, but there it is.
Even when PF Chang's mixes the hot sauce for me, I tell them to leave out the mustard - I can taste it and it sort of sours the broth. I enjoy the mix better without.

Now if it was like a diner or something like that, you would get the sandwich your way. ^^ Not those famous name fast-food restaurants where they have to serve the food with those stuff on it. If you only want the meatballs then darn it you should only get the meatballs, is that so hard?
I just saw a movie, and I can't remember what it was, maybe "The Whole Nine Yards"? Where someone orders a sandwich and asks for no mayo. And they get mayo.
Back when I ate meat, I was in a hamburger joint. And I ordered a burger. They asked if I wanted mayo. I like mayo, but I just wanted mustard and pickle. I told them "no". A few minuets I hear from the kitchen, "Does he want mayo on that?" and the server said "No". Well, when I get the sandwich, it has mayo! So I ate it anyway.
Another time I went into a small pizza place, that was only around about a year. I ordered a cheese pizza. They brought me a pepperoni pizza. When I told them I didn't order pepperoni, they told me they put pepperoni on all their pizzas! Ther was no note of this anywhere (I don't remember seeing a menu) and it wasn't like the place was called "Pepper Roni's". This time I just paid for the drink and left.
