Name: Chedi Bumblah Popagena
Species: Somali sengi (Galegeeska revoilii)

Chedi lives in the Abayon Nation of Lemuria in the world of Cyan Haven. She breeds and raises talking and singing birds for the Trade Queens in the local cistern palace. She has a pair of lovebirds and an African Grey parrot for sale today. She is riding on a rose fronted bush bird. This is a local species of flightless grazing dove that I wrote about in my Cyan Haven Description but realized I hadn't drawn yet. The Bush bird is only about the size of a goat and isn't usually ridden by with Chedi being only about a meter tall it suits her needs. The taro leaf parasol is an adorable touch.

So I was working on another drawing and drew this character as just a random background figure. But I had to stop working on that and give her a spotlight. She's too adorable. A little bird obsessed elephant shrew girl with that cute snoot needed to be more than a part of the scenery.
