In this Image, both Dylan & Dodger have become Galactic in size.
Dylan is probably super excited, as he now gets to explore space, and it seems the two have reached Jupiter, with Dylan able to hold the Gas Giant in the palm of his paw.
So, here we have Dylan holding Jupiter, while Dodger proudly watches Dylan embrace being a Galactic Canine.
