That's a very nice poem. It is always a wrenching experience when you give someone your heart, and they leave you, only to wonder what about you made them go. I do not envy you the pain of loss that you must be feeling.

Thank you ponderer for your kind words. I know what i went through shouldnt make me as sad as it does but i trusted him and he did nothing for me......off subject.
Well thanks agin anyway cuz yours are the first kind words on said subject that i have receved sence the breakup and i am guessing mainly that is due to the fact that i dont really tell anyone so thats why i posted that poem.

Permit me to alsy say this. When loss no longer makes us sad, when we are not so moved to great sadness by loss, people around us may applaud our resolve, or stop complaining about how uncomfortable our feelings make them, it's true. However, we lose a part of ourselves in walking away from our feelings, and so our future joys will never be as vibrant.

Don't regret your sadness, you will find yourself through the forest of your loss in time, once again whole.

Um ok i guess that makes sence but it is sorta confuseig as to what you mean by it

You said you know what you went through shouldn't make you so sad. I say there's nothing wrong with being very sad from your loss. Only people able to feel such great joy could know such deep sadness.
