Hailing from the Unova region, Yurei was shunned from her home region, forcing her to migrate to the Hisui region. However, she could not adapt to the extreme environment, and perished as a result.
However, she was reborn through the power of spite and malice, and now forever holds a grudge. Not just against the humans who shunned her, but mankind as a whole.
She now exists as a hateful spirit, powered by vengeance.
