No, the Binder Park zoo lets you do that & we'll be going there mid-october.
Whisper did feed her a 'treat' leaf that was some sort of delicacy, but they really... conveyor belted it- you got to hand the leaf to the 'raffe and then they herded you off. Didn't really let you take pictures, either, for very long.

I'm looking forward to being able to feed the ones at Binder Park (Battle Creek, MI) on 10/17- we're going there with a former Michigander who'll come home to visit for a bit. Those giraffes were hand-reared and will let you pet them (and in fact, they demand it, and will head-butt you until you do!)- I am excited.
