Sandwiched inbetween KCRR steam loco #11 and an old army SW-8 diesel is this oddball car. Back in 1970 and 80's when TTI Railroad was its own shortline company this was their own homebuilt business car.
Built from a baggage car (looks like a Southern one) it was modified with added windows and an observation deck was put on the rear end. Normally completely blocked by machinery and brush this is the first good look at the car in many years. Unfortunately the car is locked up tight, I would have loved to see what the interior is like.
