I'm sure many of you have noticed that I haven't been working on art lately, and there is a good reason for that. I have been interested in learning blender and 3D modeling ever since I first learned about it, but it seemed so difficult to me, so I was always afraid to try. A little while back I made a new friend who had blender experience, and they showed me some of the basics and made me realize that while blender is quite complex, its all things I could figure out with a little work. Thanks to the motivation from my new friend along side motivation of other friends, I decided to give it a try and see what happened. I've been watching through a lot of different tutorials over the last couple months, and taking in all the experience I could. After a lot of learning I finally decided I wanted to try my first solo model. Of course, me being crazy and all I decided to try something way over my skill level and make a character. It didn't take long before I realized I was in over my head, but I refused to give up. Each time I got stuck or didn't know where to go next I would search for a tutorial that covered the area I was stuck on. After a lot of trial and error where I had to backtrack on my progress many times, I finally managed to complete this!!
Most of you can probably tell who this is at first glance, but for those who don't know this is Samarah. She is the pup behind the mask. My secret Superpup! It felt only right that she should be the first one to make her debut in the world of 3D. I am quite proud of how this has turned out as my first attempt at making a 3D character, but I know she is far from perfect. I've made mistakes along the way that I will grow and improve from. That being said, I would love all the constructive criticism you all might have. Let me know what you think and if you see anything that looks off so I can look to improve myself in the future. I don't know what my future plans are in blender, but for now I am having a great time learning the tool, and you can be sure you'll see more of this adorable ball of fluff in the near future!!

Well well, now this 2022 is truly started in fluffsome and explosive style! ☆v☆
Sensei Kaerf studing all the secrets and tricks of blender and 3D modeling art! That's seriously incredible how much you've improved as an artist from our first encounter, and now you're learning under the amazing guide of your friend to create 3D characters, in my modest opinion a lot of work, but fully worth all the time spent on this new exquisite project. You're a great student and skillful floof, look at your very first model with your biggest smile of proudness! It's a jewel! Samarah in her first official apparition... my hind legs are trembling for the extreme excitation haha! You did her so freaking good i'm still stupidly shocked as i type the comment. Yeah, maybe she is still far from looking perfect, but oh boy, have you surprised me and also yourself, and your teacher i bet. The near future will be so sweet and fun, because you and your super pupper will be here to improve and cover us with new masterpieces in both 2D and 3D style!

Oh Donny! XD I'm almost surprised you weren't the very first comment. haha! But I really appreciate your kind words. I have really enjoyed working on this piece, and I am looking forward to working on it more and more in the future. I have lots of fun ideas bouncing around in my head, but no clue what path ill take next. Either way I am looking forward to exploring the possibilities. Thanks for your motivating words, and ill look forward to seeing your reaction with each future post!! ^^
Tehehe, yeah i feel embarrassed to be at second place in the comments, but honestly this first place was deserved more to your amazing friend Umos who helped ya through the process of this work. And well, i did a bit late to comment here cause i was asleep eheh ^.^; Thank you so much for always appreciate my words, sweetheart. That is a true joy to hear all the fun and enjoyment this piece brought to you, in the future you will create so many cool characters as it was for Sam, you have a colorful world to explore with 3D art/models.
