1/7 Art in August 2021. (Really need to catch up on uploads, I'm super far behind. )

Anyway, this might be a character that has minor appearance in my upcoming story / comic I'm working on! But I am not 100% sure if they'll have too many appearance as there is already loads of characters in it. Also I'm not sure if I like the design that much. I mostly drew this cause I needed to draw different pokemon rather than Eevee all the time. （─.─||）It's possible I may redesign him at some point if my interest increases.
