On four January, 2022 my best friend of nearly four decades passed from this world between Covid and cancer.

He was one of two people in High School I could trust not to stab me in the back once a third person arrived. We shared our imaginations with hours of roleplay... Champions was a great time. Sorry my serious characters were so few and far between. Who are Darkwing Dragon and the Random Man going to annoy now? Thank you for being my wingman in Freelancer, (What will you do when we sell off all these diamonds? Oops, did I say that on an open line? Gee, I hope nobody heard that!)

You were making such progress on the bass. It was awesome watching your skills grow as you progressed. I'm sorry I didn't get that far with my rhythm guitar skills. I failed you on Rocksmith, we never got to play together...

I admired your tenacity. Life dealt you so many hard blows. I don't know how I would have fielded that. But you fought forward and kept moving. I pray you and your daughter are reunited now.
