It might not be very obvious at all but I'm currently playing Dante's Inferno on Infernal mode...
And the scythe is almost useless!! I already bitched at Jin about it! It puts you right up into their face where you can get skewered in one or two hits, particularly by those throne demons and those disgusting succubus whores!!
The worst is the fucking Heretics in the Heresy circle of Hell. OMFG, WHY are they immune to my Holy Kamehamehas!?! Yeah, thats what I call it because thats what it looks like, its fuckin epic. I LOVE spamming Holy power everywhere <3333 ANYWAY, the heretics are immune!! And dont forget, Im playing on infernal, max difficulty! Im only a casual gamer so even just normal mode can sometimes present an issue for me, but this... GOD DAMN!!
That fuckin scythe! Its so fuckin delayed after you do most of the special attacks and half the time they miss or dont even effect the fuckers!! which means, Ive missed and theres still that 2 second delay and in that time, they shove a heretic beam up my ass that kills me in one hit!! And if it doesnt, when I recover, Dante does another fuckin attack when I hadnt even pressed anything!!! and so he gets a heretic blast up the dick to finish him off!!! And thats only one! After I FINALLY killed the fucker, two more pop up with minions! And they shield the minions so you cant Holy Kamehameha them either! And theyre so fast that attacking any of them makes them scatter and lunge from all over! Abusing the Protect spell only works so long, especially when you can still get thrown down and you can still miss with special scythe moves!!! So far, the only game I know of thats done scythe skills/usage right is Ninja Gaiden II. Fuckin love that game, Im unstoppable with the scythe you get from that sexy Greater Fiend Volf. The only issue with it is that I really like its first form and think its 2nd and 3rd form look stupid...
Anyway, countering doesnt work well because the counter attack only attacks in front so you can still be stabbed from the back and the Holy power counter, which blows everything away, theyre immune to because of the fuckin heretics!! Its been like an hour and Im still going at it!!!!!! I wish I can just spam Holy Kamehamehas up their asses!!!!

Did I mention I fuckin love using the Holy power? If christians could really throw holy kamehawaves at will, Id totally join them.

Before you conclude that I suck at this game, again let me remind you that Im playing on Infernal mode, max difficulty, and Im only a casual gamer, that means I don't play too often and I dont have mad skills with games like this. Almost the same story with Ninja Gaiden II except I love the scythe in that game and I can actually survive most the time.

Oh and accurate depiction of my room, or at least my part of it, as it is right now. That door leads outside to a mini patio, a fence gate on the left and the back yard off to the right. If you cant tell yet, it's a converted garage room. I dealt with earwigs a lot this past summer.
