With his connections, he was quickly given a Production Assistant position with a venerated director of the sitcom series “Aged like Vinegar He found a world of under representation, unoriginality, and cutting corners . The entire business was rife with backstabbing worthy of a feudal court. He found his early years to be clumsy, and was temporarily blacklisted for angering a prominent EP for whistleblowing on his unethical union skirting practices. Ironically, Qualm recruited him when his connections were weak, seeing potential in the fire of his eyes He worked tirelessly to establish his station, and used much of his connections to develop a widely successful company, produce several award winning films, and started a slow, decades long campaign to bring more inclusiveness, representation, and fair practices to the silver screen. Now the film industry holds much less sway; power wanes as new technology becomes difficult to keep up Even if that wasn’t he would have been retiring anyway. He won’t say why, It is suspected he is trying to settle down and enjoy the last few years of his life with a family he found within his work. (NOTE: See Madam Courant)

Mr. Millimeter never really got onboard with the 'anonymity' between members thing. I went out of my way to hide mine, and the other Facilitators do the same for fear of ambition. But he didn't seem to care. Mr. Millimeter and I got along quite well when I first started. He was playfully sardonic, as if the whole world was just some marble we were struggling to contain. I didn't understand how someone like him could exist in the facilitators. I sensed there was a quiet resigned despair within him. A creeping sense of futility that was absorbing him outside of work. I approached him in private and asked him why he was treating our work with such a cavalier attitude. He told me of the inevitability of his obsolescence. That the world was moving on without him, and as much good as he had done, Time would see everything undone.
"Kid, the Facilitators were good to me. Very good. And I gave 'em my best years in return. But I'm not giving them the rest. They can't have em."
He looked over to Madam Courant for a moment.
"Besides. In the end I, may get more from them yet."
Hmm.
