I once got detained for not having a jacket on. The cop thought I looked cold so that was suspicious and so he detained me... while I was at work, after 35 minutes I got pissed and just walked away into the store I worked in and then the police had to talk to my employer as to why I was late coming back from my break. It was the dumbest thing.

I'm really bad at figuring out acronyms. While I generally understand and agree with the meaning, I wanna ask, what do the letters themselves stand for?

It's "All Cops Are Bastards". It generally speaks of how rotten and corrupted this service is. Even if you know any cop that is good in his behavior it doesn't mean that the whole service/organization is not corrupted in some way. Good cops that do nothing to change this help the whole police thing to be the way it is. Therefore all cops, even to good ones are bastards.

I think my personal ACAB story is that I almost joined law enforcement. I absolutely despised it. I see myself as having a lack of empathy and even than how they treat people is gross. They tend to see everyone as a criminal and I just could not do it, people are not as bad as the average cop thinks you are, and yes I do believe most think this way.

I have been wrongfully detained 3 times had cops try to take my friend's liquor after they broke into his room on a bullshit disturbance call, the whole thing just sucked, cops suck, they all lie to you. our law enforcement sucks so hard I find joining it to be immoral
