I like the idea that the only thing she's normally allowed to wear is a diaper XD. Most of my forcibly-pampered OCs are kept similarly attired, haha. Adds to the embarrassment/vulnerability to help rehabilitate those troublesome behaviors that aren't wanted by their betters ;).
Also gives incentive for good behavior! Eat all your num-nums without making a mess all over yourself? Earn a t-shirt for a day! Don't fuss for your enema (or ask for a change when you're left in a messy diaper for six hours in the bouncer)? Maybe even get a onesie! Exciting!
